My passion is to bring the ancient moving art and Taoist philosophy of Tai Ji (Tai Chi) into the evolving New Energy and Consciousness of our time. This is the conjunction of Tai Ji (Tai Chi) with the awareness of our Universal Calibration Lattice®, our greater newly developing energetic structure, which can be seen as a doorway for our connection to the Universal Energy or Cosmic Lattice. Creation – The Heart Healing Technique

The Heart Healing Technique is a gentle, non-invasive way to release self-sabotage programs and unwanted feelings from your consciousness. I have developed this technique over the last 16 years. This technique is what I have used for my own shift into the new energy. In the last 6 months, I have found a way to offer this technique to others over the web. In the videos I am able to take the viewer through this technique as a facilitator. It is just like they were with me in my office. The first video is free! It releases unresolved anger from your consciousness. This technique is different from others because it pulls issues out by the roots as opposed to layer by layer.

The other great thing is NO STORY. You do not have to go back and relive the story. It is so easy now to release even huge issues like depression or stress. Creation – Creativity Workshop

For as long as I can remember, I have drawn and painted, and have always been told how good I did it. Actually my teachers at school used to whisper between them how amazed they were about my paintings. I never planned what I was going to paint, I simply painted whatever came out. For whatever reason a day came when I thought I needed to “learn” how to paint, and then I started struggling during the creative process and the outcome got worse and worse.

So I decided to learn through techniques and books, following other’s ways to create. Of course this didn’t help at all, it got me in my mind and then my creativity stopped flowing and I become frustrated and stopped creating. But then I started feeling depressed, because I didn’t know how to live without creating. I remembered there was a time when creating use to be fun, easy and I always liked the outcome of it. So I decided to let go of what I learned about creating and chose to bring in my natural way of doing it.

Now I know that creating is a natural process, we are all creators, and we can do it with ease and joy. It doesn’t matter what your passion is or if you think you don’t have one. It can be something artistic, technological or something to do with business.

After discovering this natural creator in me, I realized that I could create much more than paintings and art. I have written a book, created decoration articles, rainbows, real rainbows, and of course paintings. I dance and sing, which I always thought I didn’t know how to do either.

So I have created this workshop to share with others this natural way of creating. When you attend, you will not to learn my ways of creating, but yours.

I was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia. As a child I attended ballet classes, as a teenager did ballroom dancing. I LOVE TO DANCE! I also was a tourist guide, lamplighter (the most romantic job EVER! Lighting the gas street lamps in the centre of the old city of Prague) a castle guardian, married to a singer/musician superstar who was loved by the masses, hated by the communists, so I was fired, he was banned for a year, we were denied housing and nobody wanted to touch us (my own mother threw us out). Fun times! If I had known the expression "whatever" I would have used it.

After a divorce and the politics started to shift, I was a budding journalist when the Russians invaded us in 1968. Seeing Russians with machine guns in the streets was not definitely congruent with my intentions to have fun with life so I immigrated to Canada in 1968 (gratitude to Canadians). Now THAT was NOT FUN!!! I cried non-stop for a year. Then we – my new, fun hubby (also an artist) – met and moved in with some American draft dodgers. That was the end of hippie era – now THAT WAS GREAT FUN!!!

Why am I telling you all this? Do you see the underlying thread? All I ever wanted to do was to have FUN (guess what my all time favorite song is) and after 15 years of reading, listening, attending seminars, workshops on self-improvement and spiritual matters from two legged and no legged teachers – all I want to do is TO HAVE FUN. Creation – Soul Song – your personal musical portrait

One evening, Kay was sitting at her piano improvising and as the music began to take shape under her hands, she felt the strong energy of a particular friend - so strong, it felt as though Carolin was sitting right beside her - and realised that the music was HER! Her energy, her feelings, her essence coming through and into the music! There were no words to describe the inner beauty of her friend as revealed through this experience, only feelings. And these feelings were now in the music.

After many more such experiences, Kay has decided to make this more widely available to others, even young babies. (In this case, contact to the Inner Being of the baby would come through the mother.) Usually there will be phone or personal contact in order to make the inner connection. Then Kay simply ‘opens’ to receive what comes, without actively influencing any part of the process. Whichever aspects choose to come forward do so, and their energy is transformed into music.

The music that cascades out is different for every person – sometimes full of laughter, sometimes thoughtful, always suiting the person for whom it comes. The length of the piece will be as it flows - from experience, between 5 and 30 minutes. Afterwards Kay edits the music and chooses the instrument sounds that feel appropriate for the energy of the person.

This extraordinary gift to yourself, your own personal musical portrait, is then digitalised and produced as a CD. Jean Tinder has designed the most amazingly radiant CD cover; radiant, because it reflects New Energy from the Inner Spheres of Being which streams through Kay into the music and, together with the music, it symbolises and brings in the New Consciousness.

Shaumbra Creations Submissions Guidelines

Shaumbra creations submitted for launch in Shaumbra News must be new, i.e. created within the last few months.

The product or service must be YOUR creation. Please don’t submit books written by other people, music CDs created by someone else, or classes created by someone else (even if you are a facilitator). If your creation is a workshop or class, it must be a new series that you will offer on an ongoing basis.

The product or service must be available for Shaumbra to order today. In other words, the book must be printed, the music CDs ready to ship, classes must be open for immediate registration, etc.

To launch your creation please send the following information to [email protected]:

1. Contact information including your website and email address.
2. Description of your creation in 250 words or less (English only please). Shaumbra News reserves the right to edit your submission.
3. A digital photo of yourself
4. A digital image of your product. Images should be medium resolution, approximately 1000 x 1000 pixels. The files can be in JPEG, TIFF or GIF formats.

We will include as many new creations as possible each month but cannot guarantee that all submissions will be published.

Please note:

• Submissions should be received by the first of each month in order to make it into that month’s newsletter.
• Effective June 2009, each issue of Shaumbra Creations shall contain no more than 6 entries. Entries will be posted on a first come first serve basis. Entries beyond the first 6 will be posted the following month.
• Each creation may be submitted ONE TIME ONLY. You can submit new (and truly different) creations at a later date but each creation will be listed only once in Shaumbra News.
• Crimson Circle reserves the right to decline any submission.
